User experience designer and strategist for digital initiatives including multimillion-dollar customer acquisition funnel (20% above target for 2010 subscriptions, 19% increase in
checkout conversion) for the world’s largest TV company.

Conducted usability studies, remote user research, user interviews, information architecture wireframing, persona + journey development, strategy documents, competitive analyses and gamestorming workshops.

Liaised and built consensus among business, technology and marketing stakeholders on design issues (inc. initiating cross-platform audit delivered to SVP-level execs).

Defined and evangelized new UX processes and deliverables.

Led team’s first-ever entry to UX design competition (IxDA Interaction Awards).
